We contacted three different landscape design companies while planning an extensive and complex outdoor project involving pool installation and multiple sitting/entertaining areas, walkways, stairs, retaining walls, deck extension, etc.
TurtleCreek was the only one who gained our trust right from the start. They instantly noticed (and addressed) all the issues with level/grading that we were concerned about, which none of the other companies paid attention to. They started with very detailed measurements and planning of every single aspect, after which they provided us with professional blueprints of the entire project, taking into consideration our wishes and ideas.
The construction process was longer than anticipated, due to problems with suppliers and materials (unavoidable these days) but overall things went very smoothly. The TurtleCreek crew were always on time and kept the site clean and organized. Robert and Dominic were very approachable and worked hard to ensure the best possible outcome from both a structural and esthetic perspective. They always addressed all our questions and suggestions and it felt like they were as invested in the outcome of the project as we were. The project turned out even better than we had imagined, and the only thing we regret is that summer is now over and we have to wait so long to be able to enjoy it again.

TurtleCreek built a beautiful deck and patio and surrounded it with carefully planned lawn and landscaping. After a long search for a qualified waterfall/fish pond expert we found TurtleCreek and I must say it was a very pleasant and professional experience dealing with Robert and Dom. They were able to transform the waterfall/fish pond from hell into a relaxing, almost zen-like, grotto right here in the heart of Brampton.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but the former owner had left a waterfall/fish pond time bomb behind and with the help of TurtleCreek we were able to make some lemonade out of that lemon. They disassembled our installation, rebuilt it and the result was nothing if not spectacular. We are delighted with our “new” waterfall/fish pond and the boys pulled off a Homes and Garden result. TurtleCreek landscaping has recently completed a project at my home.
At our first meeting Robert and Dominic discussed removal of present work, type of stone, grading, cost etc. This was followed up with a detailed invoice. Once they started, they worked long hours to complete the project. Each day they cleaned up the area, discussed when they would return, plus answered any questions I had about the project.

We moved to our new house almost one year ago, after living on 3/4 acre for 32 years! We needed something smaller and more manageable. This house has a beautiful view, but is on a ravine and the garden was not very accessible. I love to putter in the garden and just needed the patio replaced with grass, some raised beds to grow vegetables, a couple of flower beds and steps down the steep slopes.
We contacted TurtleCreek and told them what we wanted. Roberto and Dominic came up with a great plan and suggested the materials to be used. The steps have a wood pattern that matches the raised beds. The team were a great bunch of guys and worked hard, even on some very hot days. They also cleaned up at the end of each day.
